Chester Lynn and Ted & Emily Summey will be giving a free porch talk on “All Things Portsmouth Island” at 1:00 PM! Chester is a Portsmouth descendant and life-long resident of Ocracoke. Ted & Emily are our current Park Volunteers, spending 6 weeks maintaining the Portsmouth Village and guiding visitors.
